Building on 2013’s financial success, PolicyStat turned in another profitable quarter during the first three months of 2014, and the company plans to reinvest these profits in areas that ensure customer success. The first half of 2014 will see significant headcount growth within the company’s Client Services and Product Development teams to service its growing customer base and to continue the trend of ongoing product expansion and enhancement. The company had strong recognized revenue growth for the quarter, increasing more than 60% when compared to the same quarter last year and setting the stage for a very successful 2014.
Mark Boxberger, PolicyStat Vice President of Client Services commented, “Our continued success has allowed us to invest heavily in Client Services over the past 12 months. We have added tools, technology and most importantly people who consistently score near 100% satisfaction ratings and keep our clients delighted with their PolicyStat system.”
One customer commented, “We have rolled out PolicyStat to almost all of our health system, which includes more than 30 hospitals and numerous physician offices, clinics and rehabilitation facilities. We have done this in remarkable time given the lack of consistency and organization across all of our facilities. Our employees love the new system and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise of the PolicyStat Implementation Team.”
