iContracts, a rapidly growing, cloud-based, software and managed services provider has a great opportunity for a B2B inside software sales professional with 2-5 years of experience to prospect and close opportunities in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with experience selling software solutions into enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Become a subject matter expert with an in-depth understanding of our industry and software
  • Effectively manage and execute a full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing
  • Proactively prospect target accounts and respond to marketing generated leads
  • Adherence to established sales processes
  • Understand critical business issues and articulate value proposition to C-level executives
  • Schedule and assist with software and managed services demonstrations
  • Accurately forecast, build a strong pipeline, and meet or exceed sales goals


  • 2 – 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in software or technology
  • Experience selling via phone and web conferencing
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve quota and sales goals
  • Must possess meticulous attention to detail
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal skills
  • Highly motivated and persistent
  • Candidate will work from a corporate office in Moorestown, NJ

iContracts,a rapidly growing, cloud-based software provider has a great opportunity for a Customer Support Analyst for our Life Sciences Suite of Solutions. The Customer Support Analyst will interface with clients on a variety of issues, many of which are unique and require personalized attention. They assist in troubleshooting business and technical issues and train users of varying technical proficiency.

iContracts Inc. is currently seeking a Chargebacks and Rebates Analyst to assist with the consistent and accurate delivery of Commercial Managed Services to our Pharmaceutical Clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests viaemail and phone
  • Resolve user and technical issues associatedwith the usage and operation of our solutions
  • Work with other departments (e.g., servicesand engineering) to assist in the resolution of customer issues
  • Proactively communicate with our customers toassure their highest level of satisfaction
  • Identify and implement processes and tools toincrease and ensure departmental productivity


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support analyst role preferably for an enterprise software company
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences contract management, chargebacks, rebates, government pricing and Medicaid preferred
  • Ability to communicate and interface effectively on a daily basis with external customers
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office products
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
