We are currently seeking a B2B Account Executive (sales professional) with 2-5 years of experience to prospect and close opportunities in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with excellent telephone and written prospecting skills, along with solid closing skills. Candidate will work from an office in Moorestown, NJ, with occasional travel to NJ/NY/PA.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Lead generation – Identify opportunities through aggressive prospecting and lead follow-up
  • Selling our solutions and services with a consultative approach
  • Understand critical business issues and articulate our value proposition to C-level executives
  • Field inquiries and questions about our solutions
  • Schedule and assist with software demonstrations
  • Cultivate relationships with new companies by building and managing your pipeline from prospect to customer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 -5 years of successful sales experience: prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing
  • Strong sales, presentation, and closing skills
  • Superior planning and organizational skills, as well as negotiation, account management, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain focus and possess meticulous attention to detail
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal skills
  • General understanding of key technology concepts required to sell cloud software solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

iContracts Inc. is currently seeking a Chargebacks and Rebates Analyst to assist with the consistent and accurate delivery of Commercial Managed Services to our Pharmaceutical Clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of assigned commercial Managed Services including rebates, pricing, chargebacks, contract core, reporting, correspondence, and all other aspects of commercial contract administration
  • Processes commercial contract transactions including preparing reports, correspondence, and monitoring scope of Client contracts
  • Completes core configuration, including pricing, commercial contract terms, customers, and ongoing maintenance. Including communication to customers, working in unison with Business Analysts and Clients to ensure Client environments are set up and maintained correctly
  • Assist Clients and internal team members with Commercial Managed Services inquiries
  • Other related duties, as assigned, to meet Managed Services department and company objectives
  • Perform business analysis and requirements gathering

Qualifications:

  • Experience with chargebacks and commercial rebates
  • Ability to create, interpret, and communicate detailed report data
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong analytical understanding and ability
  • Familiarity with data base concepts and tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
  • BA/BS preferred, not required.

Required Education/Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum, two years of experience processing chargebacks and rebates
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional group is required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and reconcile utilization data
  • Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail is necessary
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to think strategically and work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work within strict timelines
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel; including external customers and clients
  • Detailed oriented with good analytical skills
  • Interested candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

We are seeking a Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper to work within our accounting and finance team on the following areas:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and balance accounts
  • Payment of invoices and bills
  • Preparation of invoices to customers
  • Preparation of monthly reports for financial review
  • Management of accounts payable and receivables
  • Perform financial analysis

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-3 years accounting experience
  • Experience utilizing Quickbooks
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Excel
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience within the software industry a plus
