Bellin Health Selects iContracts for Cloud Based Contract Management Solutions

Green Bay Hospital to deploy iContracts Universal Contract Manager

Raritan, NJ – June 19, 2014 – iContracts, a leading provider of solutions for managing corporate contracts, commitments, and compliance today announced that Bellin Health System has selected iContracts “Universal Contract Manager” (UCM) to effectively manage contracts, improve visibility, control access, and measure performance. Bellin Health will utilize iContracts UCM to streamline all aspects of contract management and compliance within the hospital.

Bellin Health System, an acute care, multi specialty hospital, has been providing quality care to the residents of Northeast Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula since 1908. Like most healthcare systems, Bellin is managing thousands of contracts and associated documents, while making sure they are satisfying compliance standards. As Bellin continues to grow, their need for more extensive contract lifecycle management system became apparent. iContracts will migrate contracts and data from an existing system to Universal Contract Manager.

“As Bellin Health System continues to expand, the need for a more powerful, flexible, and scalable contract management system became apparent,” noted Randy Ronsman, Director of Efficiency, Compliance, and Privacy at Bellin Health System. “In our search for a highly configurable solution that meets our needs today and in the future, iContracts Universal Contract Manager was the clear choice to help Bellin improve its contract management processes. We look forward to rapidly implementing the software and realizing substantial benefits.”

iContract’s Universal Contract Manager is cloud-based, thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software or related costs. All aspects of a hospital’s contract management lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones, collaborating, creating reports and tracking compliance can be managed by iContracts UCM.

“Migrating large quantities of contracts, metadata, documents, and other contract related data can be a challenge for any healthcare organization,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “iContracts is highly experienced in managing platform changes while simultaneously assisting clients redesign and implement sound contract management processes. We look forward to working closely with Bellin Health to make the transition as easy and painless as possible.”
