Thomas Jefferson University Selects iContracts for Cloud Based Contract and Compliance Management Solutions

Top-Ranking University to deploy iContracts Universal Contract Manager

Bridgewater, NJ – May 13, 2015 – iContracts, a leading provider of solutions for managing corporate contracts, commitments, and compliance today announced Thomas Jefferson University (Jefferson), a top-ranking health sciences university, has selected iContracts “Universal Contract Manager” (UCM) to effectively manage contracts, improve visibility, control access, and measure performance. Jefferson will utilize iContracts UCM to streamline all aspects of contract management and compliance within their organization.

Thomas Jefferson University is comprised of six colleges and schools in Philadelphia. Like most healthcare institutions, Jefferson is managing thousands of contracts and associated documents, while making sure they are satisfying compliance standards. In an effort to streamline the contract and compliance management process within the organization, the need for an effective contract lifecycle management system became apparent.

“In our search for a highly configurable solution that meets our needs today and in the future, iContracts Universal Contract Manager was the clear choice to help Jefferson improve its contract and compliance management processes,” noted Jason Salvatore, Sr. Contracts Administrator at Thomas Jefferson University. “We look forward to implementing the software and realizing the benefits UCM will bring to our healthcare system.”

iContract’s Universal Contract Manager is cloud-based, thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software or related costs. All aspects of a healthcare facility’s contract management lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones, collaborating, creating reports and tracking compliance can be managed by iContracts UCM.

“Thomas Jefferson University realizes the value of contract management to their operations and we are proud they have trusted iContracts for this important initiative,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “The ability to manage and track large quantities of contracts and associated information across multiple properties can be a challenge for any organization, but is a strength of our market leading, cloud based UCM platform. We look forward to working closely with the Jefferson team and forging a long lasting relationship.”
