Dickinson State Selects iContracts to Streamline Policy Management Processes

North Dakota Public University Turns to PolicyStat to Improve Policy Management

Bridgewater, NJ – July 8, 2021 – iContracts, a leading provider of cloud-based contract, policy, and revenue management solutions today announced that Dickinson State University, a public university in North Dakota, has selected iContracts’ document lifecycle management solution, PolicyStat, to effectively manage policies and procedures.

Dickinson State University is a regional comprehensive institution within the North Dakota University System. Like most growing universities, DSU’s process of managing policies and procedures lacks the fundamental capabilities a higher education institution desperately needs, including a central repository, the ability to organize content without duplicates and inconsistencies, automated workflow and notifications, and the ability to search, update and review policies in one location.

“With the growing needs of our university, we were searching for a solution that would efficiently organize, track and provide rapid access to all of our policies and procedures,” Kent Anderson, Chief Financial Officer, at Dickinson State University. “PolicyStat was the clear choice to help our university centrally manage policies and ultimately improve policy management processes.”

iContracts’ policy and procedure management solution, PolicyStat, is a Software-as-a- Service (SaaS), thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software, or related costs. PolicyStat provides a central repository, the ability to organize content without duplicates and inconsistencies, consistent formatting across all policies, automated workflow and notifications, and the ability to search, update and review policies in one location. All aspects of the policy lifecycle can be managed by the PolicyStat solution, increasing productivity while simultaneously enhancing quality and compliance management.

“iContracts is pleased to welcome Dickinson State University to our rapidly growing family of higher education clients,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “The need for a policy management solution in the higher education market continues to grow as we engage with institutions of all types and sizes across the country. Universities are operating more efficiently as a result of our truly unique, cloud-based PolicyStat solution and we are honored that Dickinson State University recognizes the value PolicyStat will add to the university. We look forward to working closely with their team and forging a long-lasting relationship.”
