Texas College Selects iContracts for Contract Management Software

Contract Management Solutions growing in the Higher Education market

Bridgewater, NJ – January 14, 2020 – iContracts, a leading provider of contract, policy and revenue management solutions today announced that a premier Texas-based college, has selected “Universal Contract Manager” (UCM), to effectively manage contracts, improve visibility, control access, and measure performance. The college will utilize iContracts UCM to streamline all aspects of contract lifecycle management throughout their institution.

Most colleges are managing contracts through a combination of spreadsheets and manual processes. This approach does not provide the centralized repository and underlying permissions based infrastructure necessary for personnel across the university to securely access the agreements, metadata, and other contract based information contained in thousands of active agreements.

“iContracts is pleased to welcome another leading college to our rapidly growing family of higher education clients,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “The need for contract management solutions in the higher education market is becoming apparent as we engage with institutions of all types and sizes across the country.”

iContracts’ Universal Contract Manager is cloud-based, requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software or related costs. All aspects of a contract’s lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones and compliance can be managed by iContracts UCM.
