Southern Illinois Healthcare Goes Live with Universal Contract Manager

Rapid Implementation of iContracts Contract Management Solution

Bridgewater, NJ – August 30, 2016 – iContracts, a leading provider of contract, compliance and revenue management solutions today announced that Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH), a community healthcare leader, has gone live with iContracts’ Universal Contract Manager (UCM), to effectively manage contracts, improve visibility, control access, and measure performance. Southern Illinois Healthcare is utilizing iContracts’ UCM to streamline all aspects of contract management throughout their health system.

Historically, SIH managed contracts with a combination of an in-house developed database and manual processes. This approach lacked fundamental capabilities including workflow management, automated notifications, audit documentation, integrated reporting, and the ability to track contract elements both within and across departments.

“We are pleased to have completed the implementation of iContracts’ Universal Contract Manager,” stated William F. Sherwood, General Counsel at Southern Illinois Healthcare. “UCM has already significantly improved our contract management processes and visibility even as we continue to configure the system to suit our needs. We look forward to expanding the use of this powerful business tool throughout our health system.”

Southern Illinois Healthcare is utilizing iContracts’ UCM as a software service over the web, thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software, or related costs. All aspects of a health system’s contract management lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones, and compliance can be managed by UCM. iContracts offers a competitive migration program for organizations who are thinking about making a change from their existing platform.

“We are gratified to have Southern Illinois as an iContracts client and successful user of Universal Contract Manager,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “iContracts’ ability to consistently deliver on the promise of rapid implementation continues to drive our success in the healthcare market as reflected by the accelerating pace of our new client additions. It was a pleasure to work with the team at SIH on this important initiative and we look forward to further expanding our relationship in the years to come.”
