CoxHealth Selects iContracts for Cloud Based Contract Management Solutions

Healthcare Leader in Missouri to deploy iContracts Universal Contract Manager

Bridgewater, NJ – August 27, 2020 – iContracts, a leading provider of contract, policy and revenue management solutions today announced that CoxHealth, a regional, not-for-profit health system located in southwest Missouri, has selected iContracts “Universal Contract Manager” (UCM) to effectively manage contracts, expand visibility, improve collaboration, reduce costs and optimize performance. CoxHealth will utilize iContracts UCM to streamline all aspects of contract management and compliance within their health system.

With six hospitals, five ERs and more than eighty clinics, CoxHealth is an area leader in health care and community involvement. The health system is managing thousands of contracts and associated documents, many of which relate to the satisfaction of various compliance standards. In an effort to effectively streamline their contract management processes, the need for a more robust solution became apparent. iContracts will migrate contracts and data from an existing contract management platform to Universal Contract Manager.

“The need for a more powerful, flexible, and scalable contract management system with a higher degree of automation drove our decision to adopt iContracts Universal Contract Manager,” stated Charity Elmer, Executive Vice President and General Counsel at CoxHealth. “We needed more than a repository, and UCM offers workflow management, integrated reporting, and the ability to track contract elements both within and across departments. We look forward to implementing the software and fully anticipate a marked improvement in contract management efficiency across our organization.”

iContracts’ Universal Contract Manager is cloud-based, thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software or related costs. All aspects of a health system’s contract lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones, collaborating, creating reports and tracking compliance, can be managed by iContracts contract management software, UCM.

“Migrating large quantities of contracts and associated information can be a challenge for any organization,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “iContracts deep experience helping numerous healthcare clients migrate contracts and metadata in mass to our truly flexible and user-friendly platform makes the implementation process as seamless and painless as possible. We look forward to working closely with the CoxHealth team on this important initiative.”
