The Promotional Compliance Module manages the promotional relationship between physicians/facilities and pharmaceutical companies as defined by guidelines established by the Federal Government and individual States. The system provides visibility into all promotional activities and reduces the possibility of fines due to compliance violations at the State and Federal level. The system also provides an automated method of including the activities in the Best Price calculation for reporting to the Federal Government.
