University of La Verne Goes Live with Universal Contract Manager

California based Institution Implements iContracts Contract Management Solutions

Bridgewater, NJ – March 23, 2016 – iContracts, a leading provider of contract, compliance and revenue management solutions today announced that University of La Verne, a private not-for-profit university located 35 miles east of Los Angeles, has gone live with iContracts “Universal Contract Manager” (UCM), to effectively manage contracts, improve visibility, control access, and measure performance. The University of La Verne is utilizing iContracts UCM to streamline all aspects of contract management throughout the university.

The university had previously been managing contracts with a competitive solution lacking the robust features included in UCM such as a centralized repository, reporting, workflow, audit documentation, automated notifications, and many other capabilities that the university desperately needed. iContracts assisted in the migration of contracts and data from the existing system to Universal Contract Manager.

“The University of La Verne is pleased to have completed the implementation of iContracts Universal Contract Manager,” stated Debbie Deacy, Director of Purchasing, Procurement, and Recruiting at the University of La Verne. “UCM has already significantly improved our contract management processes and visibility even as we continue the process of converting legacy contracts and fine tune the configuration of the system to suit our needs.”

“We are gratified to have the University of La Verne as an iContracts client and successful user of Universal Contract Manager,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “iContracts’ ability to consistently deliver on the promise of rapid implementation continues to drive our success in the higher education market as reflected by the accelerating pace of our new client additions. It was a pleasure to work with the team at La Verne on this important initiative and we look forward to further expanding our relationship in the years to come.”

The University of La Verne will utilize iContracts UCM as a software service over the web, thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software, or related costs. All aspects of a university’s contract management lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones, and compliance can be managed by UCM. iContracts offers a competitive migration program for organizations who are thinking about making a change from their existing platform.
