Southern New Hampshire University Goes Live with Universal Contract Manager

Private Higher Education Institution Implements iContracts Contract Management Solutions

Raritan, NJ – March 3, 2015 – iContracts, a leading provider of solutions for managing corporate contracts, commitments, and compliance announced that Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), one of the fastest-growing nonprofit universities in the nation, has gone live with iContracts “Universal Contract Manager” (UCM), to effectively manage contracts, improve visibility, control access, and measure performance. SNHU is utilizing iContracts UCM to streamline all aspects of contract management throughout the university.

“Southern New Hampshire University is pleased to have selected Universal Contract Manager,” stated Mary Dukakis, Senior Director of Procurement and Contracts at SNHU. “The implementation process was seamless and our team was able to become productive quickly. We are in the process of converting contracts and configuring the system to fit our needs. The ability to efficiently track our contract activity, as well as organize our contracts in a central repository are among the many reasons UCM has significantly improved our contract management processes and visibility.”

“We are gratified to have Southern New Hampshire University as an iContracts client and successful user of Universal Contract Manager,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “While the promise of rapid implementation and time-to-value is widely claimed by many solution providers, iContracts’ ability to consistently deliver on this promise continues to drive our success in the higher education market as reflected by the accelerating pace of our new client additions. It was a pleasure to work with the team at SNHU on this important initiative and we look forward to further expanding our relationship in the years to come.”

Southern New Hampshire will utilize iContracts UCM as a software service over the web, thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software, or related costs. All aspects of a university’s contract management lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones, and compliance can be managed by UCM. iContracts offers a competitive migration program for organizations who are thinking about making a change from their existing platform.
