Lafayette General Health Goes Live with Universal Contract Manager

Louisiana Hospital Migrates to iContracts Contract Management Solution

Bridgewater, NJ – July 23, 2015 – iContracts, a leading provider of contract, compliance and revenue management solutions today announced that Lafayette General Health (LGH) has gone live with iContracts “Universal Contract Manager” (UCM), to effectively manage contracts, improve visibility, control access and measure performance. Lafayette General Medical Center (LGMC) is utilizing iContracts UCM to streamline all aspects of contract management and compliance within their flagship hospital.

Lafayette General Health is the largest non-profit, community-owned regional health system serving the south-central region of Louisiana. iContracts migrated contracts and data from an existing system to Universal Contract Manager. LGH is currently managing thousands of contracts and associated documents across multiple facilities.

“As Lafayette General continues to expand, the need for a more powerful, flexible and scalable contract management system has grown in importance,” stated Gordon E. Rountree, Jr., Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Lafayette General Health. “iContracts seamlessly migrated data from our existing platform, enabling us to quickly begin utilizing UCM throughout our entire organization, yielding major improvements in our contract and compliance management processes.”

“Migrating large quantities of contracts and associated information can be a challenge for any organization,” commented Leigh Powell, Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. “iContracts deep experience helping numerous clients make the switch from cumbersome, expensive and inflexible legacy solutions to our truly flexible and user friendly platform makes the implementation process as seamless and painless as possible. We look forward to working closely with the Lafayette team and forging a long lasting relationship.”

LGH will utilize iContracts UCM as a software service over the web, thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software or related costs. All aspects of a health system’s contract management lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones and compliance, can be managed by UCM. iContracts offers a competitive migration program for organizations who are thinking about making a change from their existing platform.
