Augusta Health Goes Live with Universal Contract Manager

Virginia Based Hospital Implements iContracts Contract Management Solutions

Raritan, NJ – June 26, 2014 – iContracts, a leading provider of solutions for managing corporate contracts, commitments, and compliance today announced that Augusta Health, a community-owned health care system serving the Shenandoah Valley region, has gone live with iContracts “Universal Contract Manager” (UCM), to effectively manage contracts, improve visibility, control access, and measure performance. Augusta Health is utilizing iContracts UCM to streamline all aspects of contract management and compliance within the hospital.

Augusta Health will utilize iContracts UCM as a software service over the web, thus requiring no investment in facilities, hardware, software, or related costs. All aspects of a hospital’s contract management lifecycle, including contract creation, monitoring of key milestones, and compliance can be managed by UCM. iContracts offers a competitive migration program for organizations who are thinking about making a change from their existing platform.
