Account Manager / Sales Executive (Moorestown, NJ)
We are currently seeking a Sales Representative with experience selling software. Responsibilities include all aspects of the sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, proposing, and closing. Success in this role is defined by achieving the assigned bookings goal for the territory. Through effective relationships and face-to-face sales calls in the assigned territory, you will sell multiple products and services into existing and new accounts.Primary Role and Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales goal through the direct sale of our solutions to existing and new customers
- Identify potential sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting and lead follow-up
- Develop sales strategies which maximize existing relationships and cross sell multiple products
- Understand and articulate our value proposition to C-level executives
- Negotiate with prospects and clients on a variety of business, financial, and delivery-related issues
- Provide ongoing competitive and market feedback to the company to inform product development and company positioning
- Experience (2-5+ years) prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing business
- Ability to clearly understand and articulate business issues and solutions and negotiate at a senior management level
- General understanding of key technology concepts required to sell software solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong prospecting, organizational, presentation, and negotiating skills
- Extremely strong drive and self motivation to over achieve goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- BA/BS or equivalent
