Leigh Powell – Chief Executive Officer
Leigh Powell is the Chief Executive Officer of iContracts. Previously, Mr. Powell was CEO of PCHelps LLC, the leading provider of packaged PC application software and mobile device support to the Fortune 500. Mr. Powell, a 25-year software industry veteran, is a past recipient of the MESDA CEO of the year award, while also being selected as a “High Tech All-Star” by Massachusetts High Technology magazine. Prior to PC Helps, Mr. Powell spent 8 years as the CEO of I-many, Inc., which he led through a successful IPO in 2001 and grew to nearly $60 million in sales in less than 4 years. He started his career with Accenture where he spent 10 years architecting and launching enterprise software offerings for the process and energy industries.
Erik Sieverding – Chief Information Officer
Erik is a co-founder and the Chief Information Officer of iContracts. Previously, Erik was VP of Mid-Market Solutions at I-many, Inc. (now Revitas) where he was responsible for the development of contract management software products. Erik co-founded Vintage Software in 1998 where he spearheaded technology and architecture development of the DPS (Discount Pricing System) contract management, chargeback, and rebate system. Prior to Vintage, Erik was responsible for the technical development of CMS, a contract management and chargeback system that was acquired by PWC.
Omar Bey – Chief Functional Officer
Omar Bey is a founder and Chief Functional Officer for iContracts. Previously, Mr. Bey co-founded Vintage Software in 1998 where he led development of the DPS (Discount Pricing System) contract management, chargeback, and rebate system. Following the acquisition of Vintage, Omar was VP of Mid-Market Solutions at I-many, Inc. where he was responsible for the development of contract management software products. Prior to Vintage, Omar founded OSE Software, which built CMS, the first commercial contract management and chargeback system.
Todd Venetianer – Chief Operating Officer
Todd Venetianer serves as the Chief Operating Officer at iContracts. Previously, Mr. Venetianer was an executive with Edge Dynamics, a leader in providing channel management solutions to the Life Science market. His responsibilities included oversight of the company’s services, support, and On-Demand software offering. Prior to Edge, Mr. Venetianer was an executive at I-many where he led their contract management implementation and services group. His past experience also includes senior management positions with services firms Deloitte Consulting, Sapient and Accenture.
Laurie Haefner – Business Consulting Lead
Laurie Haefner leads our business consulting group. Ms. Haefner has over 15 years industry experience including senior positions in management and as an analyst with pharmaceutical manufacturers Knoll Pharmaceutical, Alpharma Pharmaceutical, and PLIVA, and most recently as a senior consultant with Life Sciences Industry Contract Management Services firm Activus LLC.
Katie Lapins – Principal, Government Pricing Specialists, LLC
Katie has worked in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries in the areas of commercial and government contracting, compliance, finance, and sales operations for 15 years. Katie’s areas of primary focus are government programs, corporate compliance, and commercial operations. Within these areas, she has developed policies and procedures, assisted manufacturers with voluntary disclosures/restatements, led audits and assessments, calculated and submitted statutory pricing requirements (AMP, BP, ASP, Non-FAMP, PHS and TRICARE), validated PHS eligibility, handled Class of Trade projects with over 100K entities, and created training for onsite and web-based instruction.
