iContracts, a rapidly growing, cloud-based, software and managed services provider has a great opportunity for a B2B inside software sales professional with 2-5 years of experience to prospect and close opportunities in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with experience selling software solutions into enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Become a subject matter expert with an in-depth understanding of our industry and software
  • Effectively manage and execute a full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing
  • Proactively prospect target accounts and respond to marketing generated leads
  • Adherence to established sales processes
  • Understand critical business issues and articulate value proposition to C-level executives
  • Schedule and assist with software and managed services demonstrations
  • Accurately forecast, build a strong pipeline, and meet or exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

  • 2 – 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in software or technology
  • Experience selling via phone and web conferencing
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve quota and sales goals
  • Must possess meticulous attention to detail
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal skills
  • Highly motivated and persistent
  • Candidate will work from a corporate office in Moorestown, NJ

iContracts, is a leading provider of contract, compliance, and revenue management solutions for a variety of industries including Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Education.  Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a manager with experience within government pricing.


Primary Responsibilities:

The Manager of Government Pricing Services works closely with the Sr. Director of Managed Services, GP Analysts, and Managed Services Clients to manage the government pricing calculations and reporting processes from start until completion, each month.  Responsible for validating and reporting government pricing deliverables to Managed Services Clients in a timely manner.  Responsible for the calculation and reporting of the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) and VA sales for applicable Managed Services Clients.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management and administration of government contracts to ensure all government contracting regulatory requirements and pricing submission deadlines are met
  • Manage the calculation, analysis, reporting, and submission of AMPs, Non-FAMPs, Best Prices, PHS prices, URAs, IFFs, and ASPs to Clients and the various government departments
  • Manage the government pricing services team
  • At the beginning of every month manage the gathering, validating, and reporting all transactions that impact government pricing calculations
  • Manage the Tricare rebate process for Clients
  • Oversee the annual quarterly HRSA OPAIS submissions and annual FSS public law cycle
  • Manage the scope of Client services as they relate to government pricing calculations and reporting
  • Oversee new pharmaceutical product validations and CMS reporting
  • Manage government account processes to include government pricing quarterly and monthly managed services checklists
  • Maintain government pricing methodology
  • Manage government pricing projects including but not limited to recalculations, audits, price modeling, and government pricing test calculations
  • Ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of government pricing and contract administration
  • Excellent, organizational, and people skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or business field
  • 3+ years of experience in government pricing and government contract administration
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
  • iContracts system experience, preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

The Government Pricing Services Analyst works closely with the Manager of Government Pricing (GP) Services, GP Analysts, and Managed Services Clients execute the government price calculations and reporting processes, each month. Responsible for validating and reporting government pricing deliverables to Managed Services Clients in a timely manner. Responsible for the calculation and reporting of the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) and VA sales for applicable Managed Services Clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review, validate, and reconcile client transactions for government pricing calculations
  • Calculate and analyze government pricing variances for the Federal Drug Programs including AMP, BP, URA, PHS, ASP, NFAMP, IFF, and FCP
  • Document calculation variance analysis and generate client reporting packages
  • Ensure the timely submission of government price reporting
  • Process, analyze, and prepare client reporting requirements
  • Processes Medicare Gap D and Tricare rebates 
  • Work with the government pricing team to coordinate client deliverable checklist completion
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Support the government pricing Manager and iContracts team with ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Prior pharmaceutical government pricing experience either for a pharmaceutical manufacturer, managed services, or software vendor required
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical government pricing calculations and financial software systems
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to analyze complex calculations
  • Strong business analysis and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to create, interpret, and communicate detailed report data
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • 1 year of experience in government pricing and government contract administration
  • iContracts system experience, preferred
